According to JIS B7542 standard, the fixture should undergo a full-dimensional re-inspection every 6 months.
Post-use maintenance points:
Clean and inspect the fixture after use, removing chips and oil.
Regularly lubricate moving parts (such as the piston rod of pneumatic fixtures).
Inspect the fixture for wear and replace damaged parts promptly.
