Working Principle
The checking fixture operates through a three-step process:
Precise Locating:
The inner door panel is positioned using hardened steel pins and custom contour blocks that match the product's RPS (Reference Point System).
Secure Clamping:
Quick-action clamps gently but firmly hold the part in its nominal position.
Comprehensive Checking:
Operators use go/no-go gauges, feeler gauges, and dedicated indicators to validate hole positions, gaps, flushness, and feature locations.
