Maintenance cycle of plastic parts inspection fixtures

Environmental Control: Keep the storage environment dry, with the temperature controlled between -10°C and 60°C.

Control humidity below 60%, and ensure that the particulate matter content in the environment does not exceed 2% to reduce potential damage to the plastic parts inspection fixture.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean the exterior of the fixture simulation block, especially key areas such as pins, detection pins, and base plates, ensuring they are free of dirt and impurities. Disassembled moving parts should be placed in their corresponding positions to avoid loss or damage.

Regular Maintenance: Perform a comprehensive maintenance every six months or one year, depending on usage, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment.

Wear Inspection and Replacement: Carefully inspect the pin holes for wear. If any problems are found, replace the worn parts immediately to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the fixture.

Lubrication: Check for looseness in the precision slides. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil if necessary to reduce friction and wear.

Grinding: Inspect the positioning references for wear and rust. If necessary, grind them promptly to restore their original accuracy and finish.
